Control and management Internet-based SCADA Systems
Remmon’s Internet-based SCADA system consists of:
- A Master Terminal Unit [MTU], which is a powerful SQL Internet server
- Multiple RTU devices and GPRS communication module

The RTU devices may be spread everywhere around the globe, communicating with the Internet server through GPS/GPRS technology. The MTU provides a user-friendly browser-based HMI environment, eliminating the need for costly HMI software. Major control and data acquisition tasks can be carried out on the server providing more flexible, powerful and reliable computing abilities.
Instead of having to position a powerful PLC device in one chosen location, one can simply use Remmon’s Internet-based solution and deploy multiple RTU devices, thus gaining a more powerful, adjustable and expandable SCADA system.
