Remmon’s R-LITE is an easy-to-use, GSM/GPRS RTU. The R-LITE ensures that no matter where you are in the world, crucial information will find its way straight to your cellphone. You can obtain real-time information according to your own personal settings. While you are off-site, you can ask for information just by sending an SMS inquiry.
General information
Lightweight and compact, the R-LITE is a versatile, all-round tool for GSM telemetry communication. The R-LITE contains of two digital inputs, one digital output and one RS232 connector. It features extremely user-friendly application software for easy configuration. Maintenance and configuration can either be done locally, via cable, or remotely, via data modem.
The R-LITE can be used either as a standalone unit or it can be connected to a PLC. When connected to a PLC, the R-LITE controls the PLC I/Os and registers. Adjustable, reliable and easy-to-use, the R-LITE is a versatile PLC communication tool, supporting Modbus, Unitronics, Hostlink and many other serial communication protocols. It can serve as a cellular gateway for a PLC, enabling complete, interactive, mobile phone communication between you and your PLC.
